Account Coordinator

Overview /

The Account + Marketing Coordinator will work across multiple departments, supporting various stakeholders within the agency. In this role, you will partner with account leaders to support the day-to-day success of your assigned group of accounts. If you are curious, courageous, and optimistic by nature. Responsibilities /

  • Work to understand the business and account needs for each client within your portfolio
  • Build strong working relationships with account team members, production team & clients
  • Use project management software to manage daily processes and approvals
  • Own all client deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on-time and within scope
  • Act as communication point between clients & internal production team
  • Anticipate upcoming needs and proactively mitigate any issues
  • Generate and deliver monthly reporting for each client
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting scheduling and hours tracking
  • Take an active role in the strategic development and guidance on your accounts

Required Skills /

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant working experience.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in marketing and revenue management within hotel environments.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior agency experience is highly valued, along with an extensive background in hospitality operations.
  • Preference for candidates with a background in digital media marketing.
  • Experience in team or group management roles

Salary /

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $50-$60K based upon experience
