Key Responsibilities /
- Design for both digital and print across a wide range of projects including websites, sales decks, email templates, branded collateral, and environmental graphics.
- Translate brand guides into scalable, consistent visual systems, while pushing design thinking with thoughtful enhancements.
- Create reusable Figma components, animated interactions, and responsive layouts.
- Prepare print-ready files for production, including specs for collateral and large-format environmental installations.
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to bring concepts to life with fidelity and function.
- Present and rationalize design solutions with internal teams and occasionally with clients.

- Familiarity with working under (and enhancing) creative direction and existing brand parameters.
Tools & Software Proficiency /
Must-Have:
- Figma (component creation, prototyping, responsive design, interaction animation)
- Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop (design, layout, photo editing)
- Illustrator (vector design and brand elements)
- InDesign (layout, print design and packaged deliverables)
- Animate (banner ads, HTML/JS output) - Google Slides & Apple Keynote - Canva (quick-turn collateral adaptation)
Nice-to-Have:
- Email design & template creation using tools like Revinate, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Basic video editing in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro

- Compensation: Hourly, competitive based on experience
- Location: Fully remote, with flexibility across time zones (U.S.-based preferred)
*As a 1099 independent contractor you must invoice for services. This is not an employee position, and this role is part-time and project-based, with hours varying depending on workload. You’ll set and manage your own schedule. Candidates must have their own design tools and software. Ideally, candidates are already operating as a freelancer or have a contract-based business established.
